Hector Rodriguez , P.E. – President / Senior Project Engineer
Mr. Rodriguez has gained his experience working for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Six, the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) and the Miami Dade Aviation Department (MDAD). Since his graduation of the FDOT’s Professional Engineering Training Program, he has worked on multiple high-profile jobs and gained experience in various aspects of construction including: foundations, soil anchors, structural concrete, complex category 2 bridges, segmental erection, steel erection, bascule bridge fabrication and erection, water main installation, drainage, and roadway reconstruction. In addition, he has gained vast experience as a FDOT Construction Senior Project Manager, managing up to six on-going projects of medium to high cost and complexity. Mr. Rodriguez’s ability for conflict resolution has earned him invaluable relations with multiple agencies such as the Army Corp of Engineers, Miami-Dade (M-D) WASD, M-D Signals and Lighting Division, MDX, M-D Dept. of Regulatory Economic Resources (DRER), Miami River Commission, and CSX.
Hector Fung, P.E. – Vice President / Senior Project Engineer
Mr. Fung has extensive of experience in Construction and Project Management, with extensive background in Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI), Maintenance, Project Scheduling, and Estimating for Major Infrastructure projects. Mr. Fung has experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Incentive-Disincentive, and Lump Sum Contracts. Mr. Fung has managed and completed over 30 projects with a diverse magnitude and complexity.
Felix Rodriguez – Project Administrator/Area Manager
Mr. Felix Rodriguez has over 30 years of extensive experience in civil engineering, roadway construction, I.T.S. implementation, and canal dredging experience as a Project Administrator. He worked for 18 years with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). During his highly rewarding tenure with FDOT, Mr. Rodriguez served as Contract Manager on the I-595 Construction and I-95 Expansion in Broward County, Administrative Services Director, and I.T.S. Implementation Engineer. Additionally, he worked for the Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise as the Facilities and Telecommunications Administrator and for FEMA as a Construction Manager. During Hurricane Wilma, Mr. Rodriguez assisted in the organization, inspection and documentation of the District-wide Emergency Consultant Engineering and Inspection Services for FDOT District 6.
Eduardo Jimenez, P.E., – Project Engineer
Mr. Jimenez is a hardworking, growth-driven, and highly focused Civil Engineer with excellent problem solving and analytical skills, efficient management and organizational skills and the ability to work on complex projects. As a Project Engineer, Mr. Jimenez gained hands-on experience in performing constructability reviews and resolving issues prior to bidding. His field experience as a Senior Inspector has strengthened his engineering skills, while performing all types of roadway and bridge construction on the SR-836/SR-826 Interchange Project, the Krome North Group 1 Project, and currently as a Contract Support Specialist/Senior Inspector. Mr. Jimenez has assisted project management with contract support roles for progress estimate payments and to seek resolution on complex field issues. In addition, Mr. Jimenez is familiar with FDOT’s Docushare, SiteManager, MAC, Hummingbird and Profile systems. Furthermore, he has performed self-studies for Prolog and Project Solve providing support in document control roles.
